Every project is unique. Here are the main factors that influence your final price.
If your subfloor needs repair, leveling, or moisture remediation, that adds to the cost. We assess this during our free in-home measurement.
Hallways, closets, stairs, and rooms with many angles require more cuts and extra time. A wide-open room costs less per square foot than a complex floor plan.
Within each flooring type, prices vary widely by brand, thickness, wear layer, and finish. Premium materials cost more but often last longer and look better.
Removing existing flooring and moving heavy furniture adds labor. We include standard furniture moving at no extra charge, but built-ins may add time.
New baseboards, quarter-round, T-moldings, and transitions between rooms add material and labor costs. These finishing touches make a big difference.
Rush jobs or projects scheduled during peak season (spring and summer) may carry different pricing than jobs planned during slower months.
